1. STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1.2 Product Descriptions & Availability
We take great care to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, as our jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations may occur.

All items are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice.

1.3 Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods & Services Tax) where applicable.
Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway, and we accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.
If there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

1.4 Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

-The item is unavailable.
-There is a pricing or listing error.
-Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, cancellations may not be possible, but you may be eligible for a return (refer to our Returns Policy below).

1.5 Shipping & Delivery
We offer free and fully insured shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays with shipping carriers may occur. For international shipping, additional charges and customs duties may apply.

2. STORE REFUND POLICY
At Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we do provide refunds in cases of manufacturing defects or significant product misrepresentation.

2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging, certificates, and tags attached.
Refunds are not available for custom-made, engraved, or resized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for:

❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
❌ Products that have been altered, resized, or engraved upon request

2.3 How to Request a Refund
Email us at enquiry@planetgenesis.com.au with your order details, reason for the refund, and product images (if applicable).
Our team will assess your request and provide you with next steps.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

3. RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.

3.1 Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certification, and tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent.

3.2 Steps for Returning a Product
Contact us at enquiry@planetgenesis.com.au with your order details and return reason. Once approved, ship the item securely with a tracking number and insurance. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable).

3.3 Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund or store credit.

4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 Lifetime Warranty on Diamonds
We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all lab-grown diamonds, covering any manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

4.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including product images, logos, and designs, on www.planetgenesis.com.au is owned by Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels and cannot be used without prior written permission.

4.3 Liability Limitation
While we ensure the highest quality standards, Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product.

4.4 Dispute Resolution
Any concerns or disputes should first be reported to our customer service team.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as per Australian Consumer Law.

4.5 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
